  : Liked that it was close to everything we wanted to drive to. Like the views from the restaurant. Liked the happy hour bar special.
  : The staff was non existent and replaced by what seemed to be 18 to 21 year olds all getting high.Received the wrong room which looked like something out of motel 6. Jacuzzi was broken. Pool wasn't heated.Food at restaurant was cold and cheese wasn't melted. Not good food. Not cooked all the way. The bar staff was nice but they were very unprofessional as they looked to be in pjs, unkempt hair, phones in their pants, always on their phone, constantly going to and from the bathroom, not using gloves or tongs.Breakfast was subpar and not cooked all the way. Minimal choices. No Fiji water as advertised as included in the resort fee.Tried to check in or get help before 3pm and the teen at the front said he could do anything for us. Once it was 3pm, it took almost an hour to wait in line. Was not greeted or welcomed or asked how we could be helped each time.The manager was out for the whole holiday weekend. At one time she was called on the phone and she was not patient, sympathetic or kind. She never returned the call updating us about our room. After a few hours when the front desk teen called her, She had to be told she was on speaker before continuing. When we asked the supposed maintenance guy about checking on the broken jacuzzi, he couldn't form a sentence and seemed complete stoned on the stairs wandering back and forth. The front desk teen openly said that he wouldn't be at the front desk working because he was gonna go back out to the parking lot to watch two kids fight/fight them. When he was asked for towels for the pool, he was annoyed and said he would get them in a bit as they were all the way down in the laundry. You could tell it was an inconvenience for any request or question. He didn't listen or comprehend any guests requests or questions. Several other guests had similar issues.

  : Staff were very helpful and from the street, the place looks good.
  : Plumbing EVERYWHERE was leaking, dripping or running constantly: in the room, in the public bathrooms, etc. Breakfast was included and extremely average: fresh fruit was an apple or banana and the waffle maker was not working and left on the counter, with a sign, for days... we would never stay here again and could never recommend it. Oh, yeah, the attached restaurant was under New Management and the taps didn't work, the menu online was not the menu available at the place and the servers were unusually inattentive.

  : It had down falls, no music, lobby not a welcoming place staff often did not follow up on requests.

  : The beds and pillows were aggressively uncomfortable. For a secret "4 star hotel", this was not acceptable. Also, your secret price was roughly double your open price for this location.

  : The staff was great, the pool was beautiful, and the room was spacious
  : The restaurant and bar closed crazy early, and there were many, many customers disappointed. I've never seen a bar turn away for much business in favor of closing at 8 pm.It was one of the reasons I chose this hotel, and it was incredibly disappointing. The bartender was unpleasant and treated all of the customers as if we were a burden. I wouldn't go to this restaurant or bar again due to this unpleasant man.
