  : Location close to Interstate 10. Spacious room, good bed/bathroom. Plenty of parking.. Breakfast a little above average. Nice pool area. Perhaps a little overpriced.

  : The property was in the heart of downtown and close to the freeway. half the property has been renovated. the other half of the property has a chain link fence around it and looks abandoned
  : they put 4 of us in a king room. we were running late and didnt have time to question it. when we returned to the hotel it was late and kids half asleep. asked for extra sheets and a pillow but all they had was blankets.

  : Beautiful grounds and hotel. Staff was very nice and quick. Breakfast was a bonus. Room had a patio which was nice. Clean bathroom and room.
  : Freeway traffic noise is a lot, but with TV on you can barely hear it.

  : 1st room key we got was for a room on the second floor, was excited to lay down after driving 6hrs. opened the door to find the room had not been cleaned out from the previous guests. free breakfast was ok, considering the burnt bacon the first night.went back to the lobby with my kids and Lou have, got another room. walked in and there was no toilet paper, only two towels when my reservation was for 3. there were no pillow cases on the pillows.Elevator broke on my last night, had to help my disabled mom down four flights of stairs. grounds are not kept up at all. staff was kind and after mentioning my experience offered a 60% refund. did I survive, yes, would I stay again, no way!

  : Arrived to a hotel closing in 2 weeks. Staff outstanding in very difficultcsituation of an unmaintained & largely dilapidated property. Can't say enough about excellence of staff. Just couldn't stay 2nd night, too spooky-

  : Room was spacious and clean. The included Breakfast was fantastic. The strawberries were massive!
  : We booked through booking.com and there was an issue with payment from the 3rd party. Instead of the hotel sorting this out I had to spend 20 minutes on the phone to the 3rd party trying to resolve the issue so we could check in. My payment had gone through but the payment between the 3rd and hotel hadnt worked. I think the hotel staff could have been more helpful with this issue instead of just saying it was my responsible to resolve before we checked in.
