  : There was no coffee. The bed was way too soft. The bed needed more blankets. There were down comforters, which however were way too hot and unbearable to use. The television was too complicated to set up and use.

  : Great location for the Gem Show. Clean and well outfitted inside.
  : False information about parking; nothing "private" or "dedicated" about the two spaces; it is merely public street parking; anyone can and does park there; 3 times during our 5 day stay, parking was not available in front of the property as advertised which was an aggravating and inconveiniet hassel. Booking.com, Vacasa and the owner were all dishonest and very misleading about the parking. Despite this, none were willing to make even the slightest refund or gesture of good will regarding this aspect of our stay. You pay a $100+ cleaning fee, yet you are asked to wash a load of towels before you leave. While we washed and dried the towels as requested, considering the hefty cleaning fee, this is unreasonable and petty to ask of guests.
