  : The desk staff was phenomenal in their attitude and want to make things pleasant.
  : When I checked in, i was charged for my 3 nights stay and fees(over $1000) which is what I anticipated. I paid for that with my debit card. I was informed parking was $22 a day. Also fine. I asked the desk worker if I could pay for the parking separately. He said that was fine. He then asked me to run my card and I realized the over $1000 was being charged. I clarified that he was charging for parking. He said he was confused and thought I wanted my room on a different card than my original payment so he had to cancel things out. He then put my parking on my credit card and reran my debit card for the room stay.The very next morning I got woken up by MULTIPLE attempts to charge my debit card for my room rate and the front desk calling me and saying they needed a new form of payment for my room. I went to the desk and spoke with the very sweet desk girl and showed her my bank account that had TWO $1000 transactions pending from their hotel and also my total account balance showing I had the money in my account it was just on hold from them. She said she wasn’t sure what the issue was but said it should be ok. Throughout the day there were multiple more attempts to take the room rate off my card. Which I get a fee for every time a charge tries to be processed and I don’t have the funds to do so(I don’t just have over $2000 sitting in my account at all times) I called my bank and they told me the charges needed to be out of pending before they could help. The next morning I had more attempts to take out the room rate and the front desk calling again. I went back down and was speaking with the same desk girl. She said she wasn’t sure what happened, but my payment wasn’t showing. DESPITE me showing them it being held in my account. I explained that it either needed to wait to be processed or be canceled all the way for me to do anything. My bank can’t do anything with a transaction until it’s out of pending.
