  : The location was convenient to shops, movies, parks, and restaurants along the waterfront district.
  : Where to begin? The hotel is sandwiched between rooftop and lobby bars, which generated a steady racket between 6 and 1am, making it nearly impossible to sleep until after the bars were closed for the evening. The windows of our 2nd floor room opened up into a dilapidated courtyard and did not close properly, preventing us from muffling the bar noise. Worst of all, we we arrived we were informed that the front desk was unattended from 11pm to 7am each evening. This was not listed anywhere in the hotel's online description. As it turns out, during our last night in the hotel we witnessed loud shouting and thumping from an adjacent room, which sounds like a domestic dispute. When we called downstairs to report the disturbance, the phone went to a generic announcement that the desk was unmanned, without providing any emergency number or answering service. The following morning we notified the front desk and they said they were aware of the issue and would look into the matter without providing any additional information. The whole situation felt unsafe and unprofessional. We will definitely not be returning.
