  : The apartment and the location. Great for a weekend. Comfortable.
  : As requirement to reserve, Having to provide my id for a background check. Long walk from the visitor parking to the main lobby. Upon arrival, the apartment had a weird odor, not sure if it was the odor after cleaning. Top of the fridge was dirty, lot of dust.

  : The location is perfect! Couldn't be closer to the Rays ballpark. The pool and facilities are very nice and well kept. The kitchen had everything you might need. The staff onsite are super friendly.
  : The AC is definitely an issue. It was super hot and only cools off a little at night, not a good choice for summer months unless you spend all your time at the pool! The bathroom is in need of updates and a deep clean. The elevator takes a long time.

  : It was a beautiful and clean apartment that had everything you needed. The parking was convenient. Another plus is its location — within walking distance of restaurants and parks, as well as the center of the city.
  : The main disadvantage is the smells in the hallway behind the apartment. This is a disgusting nightmare. It smells like herring with chlorine and burnt rubber. The corridor itself looks like a bomb shelter. But... the apartment is good and a lobby is good.

  : the staff was really friendly and helpful. The landscaping in the back was also really pretty and relaxing
  : The inside of the place actually looks scary. The hallways are dark, there was a roach crawling as soon as I opened up the hall door to go to my suite. It looks like maybe there’s some remodeling going on? It was dark. It smelled funny on the 8th floor (specifically) and it just didn’t look at all like these bright, clean, nice looking pictures. The suite itself, even looked completely different. I was disappointed but it was too late to get my money back.

  : The location is amazing. The actual apartment is lovely. the bed was so comfy.
  : The smell of the actual apartment complex when you walked inside was horrible, it smelled like trash. there were pretzel pieces on the floor when we got there.
