  : I recently stayed at your hotel on May 25-26, 2024, and while I appreciated the cleanliness and quality of the facilities, I encountered significant issues during the check-in process. I believe it’s essential to share my experience to help improve your services.1. Reservation System Glitch: Upon arrival around 10 PM, I was informed that my reservation couldn’t be found in your system. Despite checking my booking email, the issue persisted. The front desk staff tried their best to investigate, but the delay caused unnecessary stress after a long trip.2. Occupied Room: After creating a new booking and paying directly, we were assigned a room. However, upon entering, we discovered it was already occupied. This oversight was concerning and disrupted our stay.3. Resolution: Eventually, we were given another room, but the entire process took nearly an hour. As loyal customers, this experience was disappointing and not reflective of the service we expected from a Marriott property.I appreciate the efforts of the front desk staff, but such system mistakes should be addressed promptly to ensure stress-free check-ins for all guests. I hope you’ll take steps to prevent similar incidents in the future.

  : I guess the walls are thin. I was awakened by a person vomiting loudly as this probably came from the room next door. This is indescribably gross, terrible and upsetting! I cannot return knowing we will be subjected to hearing any strangers activity or sickness.GROSS!!
