  : This was the worst hotel I have ever stepped foot in and I travel weekly for work. I took my family on a trip to atl for a braves game and gave booking.com a try and will never use them again I had to leave this hotel soon as I checked in and got to my room and there was roaches in the room trash all over the hotel rooms reminded me of a jail cell. And I am having to wait anywhere from 10 to 15 days for booking to refund me my money plus I had to invest more money for another hotel due to the fact the one I booked was awful. I asked booking if they could just put me in another hotel since I had already paid them in advance for rooms and they refused. So now I sit and wait for my refund

  : There was a bed to sleep on!
  : My door had no lock maintenance never came to fix it. Toilet did not work we had to fill trash can bucket with water to flush the toilet. Facility is dirty. Front desk staff no where to be found. We eventually figured They stayed in the room across from the front desk and would need to wait 30-45 minutes until someone would come out. Booking wouldn’t give me a refund to go to another facility they wanted me to pay for another hotel while awaiting a refund from this facility.

  : Hallways and rooms smelt like dirty underwear. Literally all my friends started gagging. Our room was leaking water onto the floor and I had to get staff up there. Also my A/C went out and staff came upstairs again and had to fix it. There was also mold on the ceilings. Not one time was I offered a refund!! Not too mention the hookers and drug dealers loitering in the parking lots at night.

  : Very bad experience. The hotel is not clean and didn't stay.

  : Check in was relatively easy and the location was convenient to the event we were attending.
  : The hotel was under extensive renovations and it appeared the door to our room had been kicked in at least once in the past. The additional security lock was bent pretty badly. At present, I would not suggest keeping anything of value in the room until issues addressed and renovation completed
