  : I had an absolutely dreadful experience at Comfort Inn Suites Ballpark Area. I can't believe I wasted my hard-earned money on such a deplorable excuse for a hotel. I would give it zero stars if I could. The nightmare began with our walk to our room as we noticed visible black mold on every single ceiling tile along the corridor. This was not just a minor issue; it was a blatant display of negligence and a complete disregard for the health and safety of guests. Black mold is known to have severe health implications, and the fact that it was so prevalent in the common areas of the hotel is utterly unacceptable. It's as if the management actively sought to create the most unsanitary and hazardous environment possible. Upon entering our room, we were greeted by an overpowering stench of the mildew and something unidentifiably foul which not only made me gag but also heightened my concerns for my familys health even more. I was so appalled by the state of our room that I refused to allow my family to remove their shoes for fear of what lurked beneath the grimy carpet. The cleanliness standards here also are abysmal, to say the least. To add insult to injury, there were blood stains on my bedding. I can't even begin to fathom how something so unsanitary could be overlooked. It's not only disgusting but also another serious health hazard. My family and I were only checked into this atrocious establishment for a mere 45 minutes. We couldnt even stay for a single night of our planned three-day vacation. It's important to note that the pictures on Booking.com are a gross misrepresentation of the actual condition of this property. The stark contrast between the images online and the grim reality on-site is nothing short of deceptive.
  : And as if all of this wasn't enough, the worker who checked us in (Skumar) and later checked us out had the audacity to promise a refund for my reservation. However, it turns out that he blatantly lied and is now attempting to refuse the refund because they won't reply to Booking.com to provide written confirmation of the refund. This level of deceit and dishonesty and lack of accountability is not only infuriating but also a deeply disappointing affirmation of their poorly managed property. It's a disgrace to the hospitality industry, and I hope that potential guests heed this warning and avoid this hotel at all costs. They are clearly more interested in taking your money than providing a decent place to stay. I can't emphasize enough how this hotel single-handedly ruined what was supposed to be a fun, relaxing and enjoyable getaway in Atlanta. It's truly remarkable how an establishment can be so abysmal that guests can't even stand to stay for an hour, let alone three days. This is a clear testament to the utter failure, sheer incompetence and disgrace that this hotel represents. This place is a complete disaster, and I would never recommend anyone to stay here. Save yourself the trouble and find a place that values its guests and upholds basic standards of cleanliness and honesty. I implore anyone considering staying here to run in the opposite direction and seek accommodations elsewhere as fast as you can. I wouldn't wish this ordeal on my worst enemy. It's baffling how this place even manages to stay in business.

  : My room was clean and bed was comfy enough for one night. The hotel was quiet and in a great location.
  : Strong sent of weed throughout the whole hotel, but it was really strong in the bathroom in the room. I think it was coming from a room above my room and it was filtering through the air vent. It was so strong it gave me a headache. I feel like hotels should really crack down on this and not allow people to smoke weed indoors, just like they do with cigarettes. Its still illegal in most places and is a disturbance to people who dont smoke weed. The smell is horrendous
