  : Location. Signage has two different hotel names. Howard Johnson and Travelodge. Parking lot was freshly tar and oiled making it difficult to get to your rooms with tar and oil on shoes. Peeling paint in bathrooms. Toilet tank lids that did not match the toilet. Leaking bathtub faucet. Prostitution and drug dealing at select rooms. I did not feel safe there and felt bad for the families and elderly whom came in to register for their rooms in the evening and were not aware of what their surroundings were. I was in Reno on business and would have left, but was told that it was too late to receive a refund. Also, the pictures of the Reno Travelodge rooms and bathrooms are NOT AT ALL DEPICTED CORRECTLY on Bookings website as well as other booking websites. The exterior photos are correct but the room and bathroom photos are not at all accurate! False advertising!

  : It was pleasant stay in terms of privacy and quality, comparing to large resorts like El Dorado.
  : Privacy, customer service, availability. I satisfied with standards of that place.

  : The front receptionist was nice
  : One guy (I'm almost sure worked there because seen him behind the desk once) was walling around drinking a tall can or hurricane malt liquor. Alot of what seemed like druggies running around alon with homeless. About 10pm of our single night there cops showed up an had half the place surrounded looking for some one. An more. Other then that.. the price was alright I guess.
