  : Building ice maleness not working. Had to go to different bldg for ice. Inside building carpets dirty. No light bulb in bedside lamp. Had to go to lobby for lightbulb. However, Excellent friendly staff said building in major update mode. This is 5th Quality inn we purposely stayed in on 10 day trip because we were happy with Quality Inns on driving trip from CA to North Dakota, South Dakota to Reno. Two 84 year old women traveling alone because we felt safe in Quality Inns which included good breakfasts which was important and all staff in all hotels were very accommodating and nice. We were usually put on 1st floor. Positive experience.

  : The location was close to the airport which I liked. The building looked good and the staff was helpful and nice. The bed was really comfortable with lots of places for suitcases and things. I took a photo of the mattress with the super soft pillow top.
  : The walls had a lot of dings and scratches. It needs fresh paint. My bathtub had some drippy blue soap and was clearly not cleaned. But I had to take a bath anyway. There were some broken things in the lobby. The whole place including rugs needs a really good cleaning and some repairs and paint. The chair in my room had a spot. Breakfast was fruit loops cereal and milk in a bag. I ate it but is not healthy and not my preference. I would have liked a selection of fruits, breads, juices etc to choose from. This was not meeting my expectations for a continental breakfast. I also would not have even known about the bag breakfast if I didn’t ask. I think I should have been told. The breakfast room was in disarray and not really available to sit and eat so I ate at my desk. The reception called a cab for me but it took 45 min to arrive.

  : The pool was closed due to crack NOT COVID. You must request to have room cleaned. Wasn’t told at check in found out after day 4. Halls were dirty and dark. I felt like the outside of the building got much more attention than the inside. The staff had no answers for anything. But we’re friendly in telling you nothing. The breakfast was a sack if nothing. So much for a Continental breakfast. The vending machine was “out if order”. The keys had to be re programmed way too often. The tv channels didn’t match up with what you were watching. Most channels didn’t work because “no signal”. The room floors made my feet BLACK!! Tiles missing on shower wall. Toilet didn’t flush unless you did it twice. No extra toilet paper in room. Had to ask for it.
