  : The carpets, wall paper, curtains were all old. The hot breakfast turned out to be a cold, small burrito and apple juice.

  : There was nothing I liked I hated my stay.
  : First off it was horrible from the moment I shaowed up. They were closed and had a sign on the door that said "Check in with adjacent hotel" The Quality Inn. I arrived a hour and a half early asked for a early check in if possible just to store my bag before the game. The lady at the quality inn had the worst attitude I've seen in customer service (Common thing lately). She said "No" and was very short with me. I leave and come back a hour and a half later to my hotel being open. I walk in the door and smelled the worst sewage smell ever. I immediately ask for a cancelation. She said no, I was livid. But being that I didnt want to lose any more money on this trip I stayed thinking how bad could it be... my was I wrong.. walking too my room was very low light and i felt as if I was in a nightmare. The carpet, walls, doors, paint was all horrible. It was stairs and no elevator (major lawsuit for no handicap access) inside my room was like the rest. Dirty, old carpet, broken tiles, dirty shower, etc... I mean come on the desk chair looked like they picked up someone's thrown out chair on the side of the rode. (See photos) the other chair was stained with lord knows what. I didnt think of using the shower nor toilet. This by far was the worst experience I've ever had at any hotel. I will be fighting for a refund. And I might peruse legal action. IM PISSED (see photos)
