  : Nothing the customer service was terrible. The management was horrible and overall a horrible experience.
  : Everything. When we arrived the manager (monice) was terrible with us from the start. We got our rooms 406 and 301 it was nasty and disgusting their was stains on the bed sheets, the bed sheets smelled terrible, their was no bags for the garbage cans, their was blood on the desk chair, their was a pair of underwear next to the chair on the ground, both showers in both rooms were clogged when one person took a shower the water wouldn’t drain. In room 301 the shower was clogged ,the carpet was dirty, their was a white substance on the counter we called the front desk and monice said she would come up and check it out she never came. We went down stairs and asked for a refund and she denied it since she said we didn’t come down when she never said that on the phone she told us she would come up to the room. She took the key and didn’t even asked if we wanted to change rooms and offer us a different one. Apart from the fact that when we asked for a refund on the second room 406 my daughter a minor handed her the key and yelled at her. She said she would not refund none of the rooms. She yelled at us and took the keys and wouldn’t give us the keys back. This was our second time staying in that hotel and It was absolutely terrible.
