  : Location was amazing. Within walking distance from the boardwalk. Close to a lot of attractions. The rooms were spacious.
  : The beds very firm. The pull out mattress was very worn down. For a room that can sleep 8 people, there were only 4 bath towels. There were only 2 flat pillows on the 2 beds in the 2nd bedroom, and 4 on the king bed in master room. No spare pillows for pull out bed. The hotel itself locked the gate leading to the beach for part of our 1st day, which made no sense.

  : We liked that the room was oceanfront, the room was exactly how it was described online. We had no issues with the appearance of the room. There was not a lot of noise, and we enjoyed the our stay once we got comfortable.
  : When we arrived the our room door was standing open. When I communicated with customer service they were rude and did not want to acknowledge that there was truly an issue (Coastline Beach Rentals). I called before I enter the room to let them now that my room door was standing open. I spoke with a Brandy and a supervisor by the name of Brittany. They called the property, although, no-one attempted to make the situation right, when I went back to the room for the second time, the room door was still standing open....this was after they stated that they called the property. I went on this trip for my Birthday, we had to check the room to make sure the room was safe to stay in I was in fear initially...the world is so cruel now. I had to call several time, the last time I called (the 5th time). I will admit I was fed up, rude, and I was not happy.....and I had no filter.

  : Couch in family room worn. Could not turn thermostat down past 70 degrees. Kitchen had very limited utensils and pans.

  : very out dated furniture. sofa not comfortable. a lot of work being done on the building.

  : the view, location and the mattresses were very comfortable.
  : There was not enough furniture to relax on for 4 people. The furniture was so uncomfortable! The balcony had no table and OLD plastic cheap chairs on it! one was broken!! With the money they charge there should be comfortable furniture inside and on balcony!!!
