  : I have nothing to say I'm going to let the pictures speak for themselves. Beware you guys don't stay here ‼️ Yachtsman Im very understanding but this is unacceptable. Room smelled of smoke and mildew.

  : The location and view was great. We was close to restaurants. Loved having sea as well as street view and view of the pool
  : We was under the impression that we was going to have a balcony but all we had was patio doors with a step on. You couldn't put a chair on it. Then the jacuzzi bathtub didn't work. Time we got in the room a guest from down below us come up complaining that the kids was making to much noise walking across the floor and talking to loud evidently the floors and walls are thin because we heard a lot of noises from other rooms. So that made us very uncomfortable trying to keep the kids quiet. I don't think this hotel is family oriented. No kiddie pools.

  : Attention to my needs, asked for clean towels 3times never received any. No housekeeping I was there 3nights.

  : I like the area of the location as far as food and attractions.
  : I didn't like the fact that there was mold on the vent inside the room. Also, there is no air circulation inside the bathroom. Indoor pool was way too small.

  : beachfront location is nice. Parking was convenient.
  : Room quality to value was poor. The room was not clean upon arrival. Air Conditioner really struggled with some guests in our party choosing to stay with others in another hotel due to room temperatures around 80 degrees even during the middle of the night. I was forced to purchase fans at Walmart to make it tolerable for my family. It appears the hotel cooling system is similar to a swamp cooler design (very dated) and that they had intentionally not fully opened some of the valves that delivery chilled water to the fan blowers. There isn't a real balcony. For 1/2 of the visit only one of two elevators was operational. The pool and lobby area doesn't have restrooms so every time a child had to use the restroom we have to return to the 9th floor.
