  : when we checked in nobody seemed to know how we do anything we had a sewage problem where we had sewage coming up in the shower into our feet then our code would not work my sister has irritable bowel and she had an accident due to not being able to get into our room Liz was on property with me and said she would take $700 off my bill where is it I would not stay here again if they didn’t have their stuff together

  : I enjoyed the location and the room was very nice but there was a man who lives in the building that was very rude to me for no reason. Other than that we had a great stay

  : The bathroom could have been a lot better. Starting with getting a new toilet seat. Definitely needed a lot more attention with cleaning.

  : The beds were horrific, mattresses are caved in and the second mattress has springs poking out of it. The dryer doesn’t dry your clothing. Appliances are outdated. Vertical blinds on balcony door were broken. Pillows were very dirty.

  : I Like that it was a big room compare to other hotel rooms and a big kitchen. Washer and dryer in the room and a nice big couch and tv.This was bigger than i thought it would be. The price was great due to the location of the hotel.
  : 1st there is limited parking and they do not have anyone in the office to tell which parking lots to use other than the one at the hotel. they could have a map sent email as they done with your itinerary. Service vehicles took up customers parking space. 2nd did not like to drive all the way to north myrtle beach just to get room keys then drive back to myrtle beach. since they have a office in the building, could have done everything there and talk to someone local than have to call out of state 800 number.
