  : First had to go to the store to buy cleaning products to wash the floors as they were sticky and gritty. Had to buy new batteries for remotes. Smoke detector went off when opening up the oven after cooking and after opening up the dryer. Then the one smoke detector would not stop beeping intermittently so we called the number provided from my email/text recieved earlier. I was on the phone with someone there for about a half hour telling us to take the battery out and turn off the breaker and we finally got it to quiet then the other smoke detector went off after switching the breaker off and it would not stop beeping so we were told to disconnect the wiring which we did and no one came out all week to fix the smoke detector. It was still disconnected by the time we left a week later. Also there was a crushed beer can, sand and seashells and kids toys still on the balcony and the furniture was too dirty to sit on. Parking was too far away. Not sure how elderly people would be able to park there. And a big disappointment was that the lazy river pool or the other pools were not open at all all week. Figured this was due to covid-19, but all the pools at surrounding hotels were open and actively being used. Not sure if the pool closing was mentioned on the website when I booked the room. If I would have seen that, I would not have booked for sure.
