  : I will try to keep this as short and detailed as possible. It was a huge headache from the beginning jumping through hoops for their verification process. Upon arrival at the location I encountered several problems with furniture/amenities broken or so disgusting they could not be used. I found a large stain on the master bed sheet after I removed the bed cover. I could go on and on but I will end with this.. The neighborhood is terrible. A child was struck with a stray bullet just blocks from our location (snapshot attached) which makes the parking situation very dangerous. You will sometimes have to park several blocks from the apartment and walk through that same area. I DO NOT recommend staying here if visiting Minneapolis. Beautiful city, horrible facility.

  : The location was good and the apartment was spacious
  : Check in was a disaster. They gave us check -in instructions that did not take into consideration that the front door would be locked. No staff is on site to assist. The code that we were given did not work to open the front door, and the only way we were able to get in to the vestibule was when somebody left the building and we snuck in through that open door. We would’ve been screwed had we arrived in the middle of the night. When we tried to call the help desk, we were told to go around back to that door, which did not help since we did not have the fob yet. The help desk also insisted that we use the code we were given to open the front door, which it simply did not. So frustrating!The apartment is nice, but its position in the building is right above a bar, so you would hear the loud thumping music until late at night. If noise is an issue for you, and if you are arriving late, you may want to consider someplace else to stay.

  : Super clean and modern apartment, and spacious for a family of 4. It has all the basics you need for a long stay. Good quality towels and linens. Easy parking on the street and a ton of restaurants to choose from within 2 blocks of the building. Central location and close to downtown minneapolis.
  : The online verification process had some hiccups but the customer service reps from Kasa were helpful so eventually when I finished the online verification process, the check in part was a breeze.
