  : This was perfect for our girls trip and afforded privacy over a hotel room. The location was good and walkable to many restaurants, convention center, etc. But that also means it's noisy. We didn't expect anything different, so it was fine. Seemed safe enough but many locals told us not to go walking around after dark on our own.   : Seemed safe enough but many locals told us not to go walking around after dark on our own. The apartment was very hot upon entry so we notified Mint House and the a/c was repaired quickly. The carpets were not vacuumed and the hard flooring was not mopped. We called about this and they came up to vacuum the carpets. In my opinion, this should be part of the cleaning process... so not sure what happened there. Overall good stay.

  : Great location and comfortable apartment layout, design. Complimentary Nespresso. Rooftop area with pool table.
  : Several maintenance issues including toilet not flushing consistently. No staff presence anywhere in the building to contact. The apartment just needs some attention to maintaining a few things.
