  : Too soft mattress that retained heat so I ended up on top of thick blanket, huge pillows no smaller ones,Too cold a/c , turned it off. No usb plugs - bring your adapter. Looked fancy but been more comfortable at cheap hotels.

  : It is a great location near loring park, close to restaurants, clean, higher end
  : The staff were atrociously rude. We had stayed at this location once in the past and we gave them a pass because there was construction that was making the main staff’s job more difficult, but over a year later, and they are still just as difficult to work with. They told us to park at the hotel across the street and they would comp our parking. Not only did they charge us for their parking, but we had to pay the hotel across the street’s parking. We went to check out and there was a line so we had to wait. By the time checkout happened, it was after 11 because of the wait, and they tried to charge us for a second day. This time, we had a reservation online, was told to pay at the hotel, yet they still attempted to charge the card on file earlier that morning BEFORE we checked in. They then told us they could not charge that card, and would need another credit card in person and would not accept one over the phone. We called them while still on their property, made a new reservation and paid over the phone. We waited for the incidentals to be released from the card I had in person, and for the stay to be charged on the card we used to pay over the phone. They continued to put all charges on the card we had in person and release the charges on the card we paid over the phone with which all charges should have been placed on. So not only did they make us make a new reservation over the phone while still on their property, but they STILL charged the card they told me they couldn’t place charges on, after they charged it without us having checked in. I do not recommend unless it is a last resort. I gave them a second chance, and we will not be staying again.
