  : The apartment is very good and everything is available and if you need anything they will provide it. The staff who are working online always provide assistance. It is in the centre and near from all you need.
  : The apartment is very good , but the noise from outside in this area especially the ambulance during night time, bothers me.The windows need a thick blackout as the available one not prevent light totally from outside, especially during morning time.

  : Really nice apartment in a convenient location. On-site staff were great.
  : The door was broken when I got there and I didn't get any advance notice about it even though it was a known issue. The chat and in-person responses were very prompt, which I appreciated, and the staff member who came to assist me was incredibly nice and apologetic and took prompt action to deal with it. She was wonderful. It required maintenance to fix it, which worked. But the message I got from management (I had to leave for a work function before the door was fixed) was that if they couldn't fix it, they had no backup plan for me. There was no apology for that or offer of compensation, so even though it worked out I was pretty unimpressed with how that was handled and I'm not sure I would risk a Sonder stay again.

  : Nice location in Downtown Minneapolis. The studio apartment is very nice and equipped with everything you need. The studio was clean and we really enjoyed the amenities (mainly the gym and the hot tub on the top floor).

  : There was a strobe-like light in the bathroom when we arrived. It took an hour and many calls to be moved to another unit. Our third night there, the lock did not work and we were locked out (it needed a battery). It took an hour and a half and many calls to get help. Two of the 5 nights on our "romantic" vacation were totally ruined. And they did not bother to shovel from the front door to the curb, so had to walk through knee-deep snow every time.

  : Great location. Nice building. charming roof terrace. Access codes for building and unit worked. Good a/c. Washer/dryer worked well. Sonder very responsive.
  : The unit we stayed in #321 needs improvement. Holes in kitchen shelves, dented refrigerator, sofa cushion cover zipper broken, roller shade didn't work properly, window crank came off, living room side chair seems broken so we didn't use it, coffee table almost fell over. This unit was subpar for Sonder.
