  : The location is great. No need for taxis or a golf cart.
  : The hotel is a bit older and worn down and didn't have a ton of in-room amenities.

  : Diamond in the really, really rough. Our room 205 was horrible run down mess. Torn carpet, broken loose tiles, burnt stained pots in kitchen no dish soap, dishwasher soap. A mess for the high price we paid

  : Raul was a diamond employee. He picked us up from the ferry timely and went the extra mile. We inquired as to we needed a microwave and did not have a microwave or fridge in our room, (the advertisement had this as well as a view of the ocean.) We were checked into room 206 the second floor corner room with no microwave or fridge and minimum view. He first said he would find us a microwave, then said no Im going to change your room and he did. 5 star employee
  : The female receptionist checked us into what appeared to be a room for overflow guests. 206 has a bed and 32 tv thats it. As we stayed 3 nights we saw 3 other rooms available in a far better area than 206 for all 3 nights of our stay. Why we were not assigned one of the better rooms from the beginning idk

  : Location was good. Staff was friendly and accommodating especially the general manager. They have a jacuzzi in the bathroom which works but felt too dirty to use it.
  : VERY overpriced for a run down room that needs major renovations. Dirty furniture, lampshades, stained chairs and walls. Some parts of roof and wall is peeling and coming off probably due to some sort of water damage. The jacuzzi is the same place you take a shower. Its not a separate tub. Felt very unclean to sit in a tub that you also shower in and knowing others do as well, YUCK!

  : The staff was the bright spot along the the location. My
  : room was very outdated, I mean very. Like it hasn't been updated since the early 90s. But they tried to make it comfortable, the queen was actually a full bed, portable air conditioning. Not worth the high amount I paid.

  : the room was very old, the bathroom water was slow clogged, no soap or lotion provided in room, i had to purchase product at a local store, the door was hard to open i could barely open the glass door. i could easliy hear my neighbors

  : Worn down. Dated. Yet not reasonable price, Im guessing because all hotel rooms were booked for event. Walk up hill to hotel and no transportation except for luggage.
