  : Location was perfect.
  : Unfortunately there was an infestation of fruit flies and Walls, shower and furniture seemed old and dirty. Most of the doors and windows had issues closing and opening. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. I think with paint, some maintenance and fly traps this place would be amazing. Needs some tlc to update. When the walls look black but should be white thats a Indication you need to update, Especially for the price per night. Im not a type to complain but hopefully this will bring some awareness.

  : This place is within half a block of the only Vons there and we had our own our own golf cart to drive around! Veronica who helps manage the property was awesome and helpful. I had no issues, the property was clean and simple. The house style is similar to the neighborhood so it is not anything modern but it is well kept. It is a two-bedroom, both decently sized. Not huge but not too small. I definitely would stay there again!
  : If i had to say something i didn't like, it would be the couches but that is just my personal preference. I normally do not like cloth couches at rentals because who knows who uses them and for what purpose. I just threw some sheets over them when i sat on them. I also wish that in the 2nd bedroom the two twin beds could be somehow be easily moved together as one for couples. It was us and another couple that stayed and they mentioned that to me but not that big of a deal for them.

  : Great location. Nice manager/host. Good "beach art." Great to be able to use the golf cart. Very clean. Easy access to unit on check-in. Nice street and neighbors. Close location to beach, shopping, and food market. Quiet at night. Would stay again.
  : Downside - the main bed was very uncomfortable - slats under mattress were too short and the fell out. Mattress was cheap and not comfortable. We put mattress on floor to sleep.

  : The location was great. The golfcart was a plus.
  : Couldn't find the remote with the volume for the TV. Super small bedrooms. The second bathroom off of the twin bedroom was a closet.

  : overall not too clean. The doors were dirty, floor corners were not clean, and door knob was falling out and I screwed it in with use of neighbors tools. We could not locate outside bins.
