  : It was right downtown so everything was walkable. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. 24 hour front desk coverage.
  : The front desk staff was often cold or rude - the restaurant was not a perk of being a guest and was busy so when we would approach the front desk, they would assume we were with the restaurant trying to cut the line and multiple times got before any greeting the line is back there and I had to say okay, Im here because I am a guest and have a question. It was very off putting and made us feel unwelcome.
