  : Its a cute building with many little cottages. Alex at the front desk was really courteous and hospitable. The beds are comfortable and clean. We picked up one night in addition to our 3 night stay so we could be here for 4 nights. Service was good but they were experiencing some staffing issues which caused for some real hiccups.
  : When we first got our room, the beds were not made and it was not cleaned by the cleaning staff. We were immediately changed to another room. The room was a Jack and Jill room. The room wasnt very clean. The ice machine was broken so we went to Vons to pick up ice and put it in one of our sinks to use

  : They only had 1 employee working there. No one could check in on time and multiple people in our wedding party were given keys to rooms that were already occupied by other guests.

  : Nothing was like the photos it was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
  : Everything other then the man that checked us in was nice but when we got into our room it was to late to be helped as the lobby was closed and he said he was gone for the day. Once we got in to our cottage the room looked nothing like the photos provided on this website or the hermosa hotel website we went to use the restroom and their were feces on the toilet and a used toilet paper roll it was extremely small restroom the shower handle wasnt screwed on when we went to turn the shower in it literally came off as well as the towel hanger the inside of the hotel had no decor or updated amenities like the photo I felt like I was staying at a motel 6 or worse the kitchen even had a used paper towels and the bed was so noisy. If I would have know i would have spent an extra $100 for comfort and to be somewhere clean.
