  : located right near the highway - easy access to destinations by car; quiet; lots of breakfast options; good internet connection; mostly friendly staff; very large room, fridge & microwave in room
  : very little storage space in room - two drawers and a tiny closet; location not good for walking around or access to restaurants; woman who checked us in on Friday evening was clueless - set our keys to expire after 24 hours (twice!) and told us there was no regular coffee available for our coffee maker although staff the next day was able to give us loads of coffee; seemed to have a lack of staff for breakfast room on some days & we had to point out that there was no more bread or bagels, etc, but they refilled quickly; breakfast room fridge was set so cold that butter was nearly frozen; facilities were overall rather run-down and in need of a good cleaning (especially carpets) and renovation; very disappointing that jacuzzi was inoperable (as we had called weeks before to ask about it and were told that it was being repaired)

  : I can sleep very well, and it was comfy area of the hotel, quiet and relax floor, thank you about that, I recommend this hotel and will use again as well...
  : parking is crowning a little, I have to parking on the back area and it was very dark that side of the hotel, but the great think they have open from the back to, we just use our key to get in, I feel safe anyways

  : The front desk staff was not welcoming, they did not greet, ever.I was woken early one morning by a very loud argument sounded like it was at the front desk.

  : The location is close to the freeway.
  : JavaBean's, a wild boar, blocked the rear entrance which is the normal access since the front parking is limited. I notified the front desk about the trash cans being tipped over which were attracting the wild boars. Nothing was done. We were told they come up from the river next door. There shouldn't be trash outside to attract them or at least emptied every evening. We went to the hotel next door and these wild animals were not there. There weren't trash cans out doors either The manager charged us for the night even though we never went into the room. The manager also charged over $25 in taxes along with the room rate. Horrible management.
