  : It was on Priceline. It was in San Antonio. It was somewhat close to the area I wanted to be in.
  : Everything could have been better. I was VERY disappointed. The hotel was misrepresented in the photos I saw on Priceline. It was dirty. The room was dirty. It took forever to GET a room. When I complained that the room was by 2 lobby doors that slammed every time they closed and that the hall smelled of marijuana, I was reluctantly moved to another room which was even worse. It didn't just smell, it stank of mold. This second room was even more run down than the first room. I left. I didn't even stay one night. Once I found new accommodations, I came back to get my money back. The manager complained that I didn't allow him to help me and REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND. When I once again told him the issues I had with the hotel, he said, "You know this is an extended stay hotel, right?" I've stayed at extended stay hotels. This was more like a rundown apartment complex in a bad part of town that the landlord doesn't keep up BECAUSE its in a bad part of town. Tenants were hanging around the doors in groups with their dogs, smoking, cursing, and horsing around. And the staff were behind locked doors and glass. I did NOT feel safe here. Not at all.
