  : The staff was friendly.
  : The hotel was disgusting. Holes in the bathroom walls, cigarette burns on the bathtub. The shower would only go Luke warm. Stained and disgusting bedding and chairs.

  : Anything. Was everything dirty and inside there was an smell of cigarettes. We found alive animals inside. We found Cockroaches in the room. The sink leaked water and the shower was yellow like yellow teeth.The bed sheets were very dirty. Me and my friend left immediately the structure and we run for found a new hotel.

  : I didn't end up staying at this hotel. I've requested a refund and still haven't heard back. My guess is I won't as the employee kept giving me the runaround.I got into my room and the floor was soaking wet throughout the unit. There was stains on the couch, bed and the bathtub was filthy. It was as if they emptied out the garbage bins and called it good. When I brought this to the staff's attention, he was incredibly rude and refused to give me a refund.

  : We walked in and immediately left
  : Unprofessional staff, there were cockroaches in the room crawling around, the bathtub had mold all around and inside of it. The decor and items in the room were falling apart, smelt like smoke! The front desk staff used profanity, refused me a refund, and when we went back the next day to talk to someone else about a refund they said they issued it and we would receive it back in a couple of days. We have yet to see any kind of refund they are refusing to give our money back after staying for 15 minutes, I understand policy to charge me for one night but the remaining days we had booked and didn’t stay is owed back to us, they are illegally keeping our money!
