  : We had so much problems when we got there to check in. I was told that we can check-in early with an early check-in fee when I made reservations online, so I called a few days before to make sure my reservation was there and early check-in was ok and the gentleman I spoke to said yes everything was good to go. So the day we got there early about 11:30am was told couldn't check-in til 2pm and didn't have to pay early check-in fee so we said ok can we use the restrooms after driving 6 hours and he told us they where out of order, so we left. Came back at 2pm and this time it was a woman at the front desk, let her know we were there to check-in, she let me know there was going to be a charge to check in early and I explained what I was told by the gentleman I spoke to early when we first got there, so she called someone I assumed it was the guy we spoke to earlier in the day and she said he didn't speak with me and I told her I had a witness to prove I spoke to someone that morning. Told her it was fine. I'd pay the early check-in because we were ready to get into the room. Then, as we checked in, we saw people coming in and out of the restrooms that we were told were out of order. So finally got our key and went up to the room and boy oh boy, the room was dirty. Found a dirty sock on the floor, leftover food from people before us, and a few things broken. They did get us a different room that was great but it seemed like it was an inconvenience. But overall it was a good stay after all that. Haven't received my deposit of a $100 yet

  : Bed was very comfortable. Love the queen room set up. Beds are separated by bathroom and kitchenette... wonderful design.
  : Kitchenette in room didn't have the cooking hot plates , dishes or utensils

  : It wasnt clean. The stove in my room (suite) wasnt working. no kitchenware. Load guests.

  : Did not like anything about this location. When I walked in, the man did not greet me and my family. Once I checked in, we got on elevator and trash was on it. Then once we got off elevator, there was a trash can on the floor we went to and was over flowing with trash. Room was not what appeared on pictures put on site. Furniture was dirty, floors not clean, bed not clean, stove not in good condition, and bathroom was not clean with a leaking shower.

  : The room and bathroom were dirty. Hair all over the back of toilet. The windows on the 3rd floor didn't close properly so the cars on the highway were super loud along with the train horn that scared the bejesus out of me multiple times a night. Don't think the ac worked properly either.
