  : I booked whole room I thought according to pictures but only got one room with queen beds and kitchenette with tiny refrigerator that wasn't that cold. One friend didn't come do to fact of no privacy

  : Beds were comfortable because that’s the only place we had to sit.once again the place I rented 4-901A when we got there they put us in 4-901B at Long Beach Resort
  : The bar & grill was never open no media room had a 3 hour zoom meeting had no where to sit, had to go somewhere else. As you can see in the picture of the confirmation, the room had a living room and should have been 4-901A not 4-901B which we had to stay in… We tried to call and discuss this mistake with Vacasa, spoke to Kim, she told us that was the room she had us for and sorry for the mistake. No one else could help us sort this out… Very Disappointed!!! Didn’t get what we paid for… again as you can see on the confirmation.
