  : it had a beautiful view. the furniture was comfortable and the TVs were fine. the beach was top notch. and the pillows were amazing.
  : the toilet, bathtub and bathroom sink all had to be cleaned when we got there. there was hair and lipstick. when we mopped before our departure it became apparent that the floor had not been mopped in some time. just swept. the microwave holder thing had a crack in the plastic under the microwave. didnt affect usability just the aesthetics. also, one of the tv remotes was missing the back, so everytime we picked it up the batteries fell out. we went out and bought our own cleaning supplies.

  : There was no breakfast.
  : The truth. We paid to have wireless internet available as part of the package. It was not available. There was no working television in the living room. Customer service was notified, but was no help at all. That equals being lied to.
