  : The condo was in a great location , plenty of space and awesome view.
  : The washer did not work and the toilet kept stopping up. Call for maintenance they said someone would come out but never showed, so we couldn't wash clothes or towels. We had to go to Walmart to get something to unstop the toilet.

  : The location is great. The wonderful large wide balcony is the highlight of the unit. Keyless entry, great. Layout wonderful. The rest leaves MUCH to be desired. So many things that need repair/replacement listed below. We won't be renting this unit again. Very disappointed. Ease of reaching a Vacasa person by phone was great- But nothing happened once we did.
  : This location and unit layout has so much potential-- BUT... The electrical outlet in the master didn't work at all. We had to both use the one plug in front of the dresser mirror. Ridiculous and this can't be something previous visitors have not reported. Our washing machine stopped working after the first load on the first day. We called to report this and were told someone would be sent to fix it- NEVER HAPPENED. The master shower has a gerry rigged sunken tub turned into a shower that water pours- Not just a small amount splashing- LEAKS OUT- Cannot imagine there's not water damage in the unit below. (see photos) The kitchen is not remotely stocked for eight guests (the max) and didn't even have enough water and wine glasses for even just the 4 of us. The glassware was a weird mismatched total of 3 small wine glasses, a fourth with a crack and one small stemless.. the rest of the glassware, pots and pans and utensils were college apartment collection material. There is no way 6-8 guests could have meals in this unit. Both toilets required jiggling the handles to flush them and keep them from continually flushing. There were no bath mats, 2 hand towels for the entire unit and no dish towels at all. There were only two pillows for the King bed, no extra blankets or throws.. We found one extra pillow in the master closet- With no pillow case. We were told we couldn't have a little later checkout (We requested noon or even 11am) because the maid service would need the extra time to clean for Covid- But this unit was pretty filthy for normal times much less Covid concern- It had what looked like a blood stain on the master door jamb, filthy rugs (we found crushed crayons under the edge of the rug and under the sofa cushion) and the unit looks like it hadn't really been deep cleaned in months. Small things like the curtain unattached to the wand on the balcony curtains, etc..

  : loved the location, the spacious condo, the patio and the large resort pool
  : there was a horrid smell in the lobby by the elevator. the path out to the beach had super thick sand which was hard to walk through

  : Not much because it wasnt clean. Did like the layout and being able to walk out to balcony from bedrooms. Pool was good.
  : This condo was nasty! Hair on floors throughout condo. Food left on balcony along with candy wrappers. The table had stuff spilled all over it. When we walked into the condo we couldnt even see the beach because of how nasty the windows were! It was so blurry from hand prints and whatever else it was just nasty. Not one mirror or window was clean. The living room table was disgusting and so was the couch. We decided to leave the condo and only come back to sleep! Vacasa you need to do better!
