  : Great neighbors! Quiet street yet close to a lot of attractions. Fenced in back yard great for my small dog. I cleaned up after her however there is a lot of dog poop been there so long it's white. Except for bugs and a smudge of poop on shower curtain was pretty clean. The price.
  : The dead roaches upon arrival. Killed around 6 more during stay. The location to the beach. Was told it was one block. It would be if you could go through a Privacy fence. I explained due to disabilities location was top priority. Could use better comforter and blanket. We actually thought the beds weren't made and it was the mattress cover. Bedroom carpets need cleaned. Kitchen needs more then what's provided. There weren't even any drinking glasses. You really couldn't cook in very much with what's provided. Toaster would've been nice. We had bought groceries due to arriving early and unable to check in til 4. Unfortunately couldn't cook most of it. Wanted to stay longer but eating out was so expensive. Grass was very high and landscaping a mess. The grass was cut the following day. They did a half a** job which is a shame. It's a cute place and outside should be taken better care. Inside is very simple but fine.. You get what you pay for. Being we are both disabled the price was what we could save to afford after having a horrible experience with virbo.

  : Beds were great! TV is all bedrooms and family room. AC and showers.
  : Front and back yard had not been mowed in weeks, shrubs were over grown, dog crap let in the back yard (several piles), patio furniture broken, ceiling fan and light don’t work in family room. Blinds and window ledge chewed up by previous pets. No beach gear.

  : There is construction in the area currently, but it didn't interfere with our stay.Wish there was availability for an earlier check-in (2:00pm - 3:00pm) and definitely a later check-out, like 11am or 11:30am.

  : Great location, close enough to walk to the beach and grocery store. Clean house, smelled nice and clean. Plenty of space and towels. Loved having the washer and dryer. Plenty of closet space, pantry and all the pots, pans, silver wear and cups you would need. Loved the fenced in backyard safe for kids and dogs to run around. TV in both bedrooms were great! Neighbors in apartment B were very friendly and helpful!!
  : The big bed had a lot of dips in it, the smaller bed was to firm. Found three small roaches, and there should be curtains hanging over the windows as people can see in the house including the bathroom. Neighbors in the two story duplex played loud music until after midnight every night.

  : Beds were very comfortable. House was clean and loved having a washer and dryer. Loved the fenced in back yard and that the house was pet friendly.
