  : Its a very nice location
  : Apartment was very dated, and the floors and bath stained. Some of the kitchen cabinets had loose handles and only one stove plate worked. Lots of noisy and disruptive guests

  : Location, because it was by the beach.
  : It was dirty, the room smelled like fish and they wouldn’t let us change rooms because it would be too much work to go back in and clean it. (Not because it was full). The shower didn’t work, the bath had low water pressure, the sink didn’t drain and the balcony was deteriorating. No toilet paper so I had to request that and bedding, no wash cloths. It was very loud until late at night both out by the pool and by the front of the building. There was a half smoked blunt by the pool and other trash around it the following morning. One elevator was broken and the other elevator kept getting stuck. The parking was very tight. I will never stay here again. I don’t recommend it to even those on the tightest of budgets.
