  : I switched from a different resort due to reviews and I am happy I did this room 311 ABNB was worth the extra 200$. It is updated with nice furniture clean and just enough space for my fam of 4. The kitchen is small but saved money by cooking our meals. king bed is comfy with nice covers & door locks to keeps kids out lol. The view from balcony was beautiful & close enough to even watch my kids in pool from room. Bartender was nice and made great drinks the pools are clean not too packed but too much chloride honestly & the hotel is literally in the middle of everything. No need to use our car for few days parking is the only issue only 10 spaces on property any questions or help I needed was handled rite away by coastline rentals we had the best trip.
  : The property it self could use updating halls need rug taken out & painted brighter there is only one ice machine on fl5. There is a laundry room and gym that we were not allowed access to because our room 311is an AB&B tht sucked. This should be changed seeing I paid 1300 and was made to believe online I could use all amenities & those two amenities were part of my decision to use this hotel. My husband loves the gym and being a week out I wanted to wash other than tht is was a great stay.

  : Great walking distance to Restaurants , Bars and stores. All downtown activities.
  : Couch didnt set good . Too many codes to go though to get in the room . Could not use the exercise room.

  : curfew was not followed, loud noises until 12am at pool ?, we noticed people smoking on balconys,the room had some issues ,bathroom tub was badly stained in bottom and door didnt shut ,bedroom remote control didnt work ,there was no complimentary k cups for coffee machine in room ,we spent good money on this room .!was disappointed,!

  : the property was in a great location. Right at the boardwalk and near attractions. we were right on the beach which was lovely.
  : To say that it sleeps six, it was kind of small.

  : Location was great! Having a code for our room. Room setup and full kitchen. The view was nice! Prompt responses from staff.
  : Dirty bedding and furniture. Not having access to all facilities or even to some of the first floor entrances.

  : Very clean, great location, and comfortable. I would stay here again! AirBnb owners were great and helpful. Beach bar at hotel was great (was able to buy drinks here). Beach access, plenty of hotel parking, public parking right beside hotel parking. Right on the strip, fun to walk around. Definitely a great hotel choice for a reasonable price! Sleeps 6 people; king bed in one room, bathroom/kitchen in the middle, sofa bed & pull down bed in the next room with balcony overlooking the pool and beach. Very nice place, clean and well taken care of.
  : Not able to use ALL amenities due to not being apart of the hotel. Wasnt able to buy coffee at the coffee shop on the lobby floor.
