  : location was good right by the beach
  : the beds were dirty right down to the mattress cover . they last at the front desk was extremely rude not customer friendly at all ! the man was way nicer ! I almost wanted to ask for a refund at check in an drive back home due to the way the lady was behaving. they don’t tell you that you have to pay 36$ for parking an that they only have 20 spots till you arrive . if non of there spots is available they u have to pay $45 a day at the public parking garage across the street . when I got to my room make up an brown spots were on the covers an sheet so noticeable ! thankfully a young man can up an brought me clean sheets for me to make up the bed . he was very mannerly an polite ! we couldn’t get any beach towel apparently due to them being washed according to the front desk ! bowered that was a lie because I watched as house keeping rolled the cart towards the back ! they lie a lot here seems to be there norm ! they try to compensate me 33.06$ for dirty bed upon arrival when it 250$ a night. tell me does that even sound mathematically right ! bunch of rip offs !

  : Had problems with the WIFI at the hotel for 3 days and Louis , the manager from the Holiday Inn asked to connect with you for some credits due to no WIFI for our 3 day stay

  : property advertise internet access .there was no internet available during our stay when we complaint to manager she told us we were going to get resort fee reimbursement, that has not happen.the manager was very rude property next to Lexington belongs to same corporation they did have internet access we didn't also there was a 35 parking fee daily.
