  : Easy walk or drive to the hospital. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean.
  : Our room contained a king size bed with 4 king size foam pillows. 3 of the pillows were lumpy and worn out. After a rough night, we asked for new king size pillows but were told none were available. The very helpful housekeeper came back with 2 standard size pillows that were in good condition. Also, the room was set up for one person. One office chair, one robe. It was awkward for sharing a cup of coffee or a snack since one person had to sit on the bed.

  : We travel to Jamaica Plain often to see our son and his family. We often stay in AirBNBs but when we want to take the dog along it’s hard to find an AirBNB property. This hotel has a terrific location for us and accepts pets. The staff is always friendly and responsive. There are electrical charging parking spots in the lot.
  : The hotel ran out of Keurig cup coffee cassettes (except for decaf, they had plenty of decaf) and told us none were expected for several days. Since the typical hotel lobby coffee pot is not free (how weird is that?) we had no morning java! (The desk clerk did offer us two cups of lobby coffee for free on those days.)When I ran out of tissues and asked for more, there were none to be had. There is a narrow piece of land outside the hotel where dogs can do their biological business, but it is filthy with previous dog business. One cannot walk one’s dog there without contaminating the dog, and subsequently, the hotel. I know picking up dog refuse is unpleasant but it HAS to be done!Finally, when I called prior to arrival to remind them that I had requested a first floor room, I was told that would not be possible. When we arrived to check in 12 hours later, there was a nice first floor room for us. When that room’s refrigerator was not working, they couldn’t fix it or replace it (something to do with how they are affixed to the microwaves, we were told) they simply moved us to ANOTHER FIRST FLOOR ROOM. !!!!!

  : Free coffee in room was good. It was close to my daughter’s apartment, reasonably priced, clean and comfortable. Perfect for the time I spent there. Bathroom was a good size.
  : There could’ve /should’ve been lighting by the closet and mirror area where one choses and irons clothes.

  : Employees were not pleasant or helpful. Very abrupt. Place was not clean. Needs a total uplift. Keurig pot was all rusted inside. No hairdryer. Had to get a replacement New Hilton Garden Inn opening within a stone’s throw from here. This place will have trouble attracting any business at all.

  : The location was perfect for where we need to be.
  : The wifi connection was horrible. No where in our room could be hang on to a signal for more than a few minutes at a time. The floors needed vacuuming and there was dirt and grime under the beds. Bathroom was clean though.
