  : Location. Location. Location. Right in the heart of Newbury Street. Subways close. There is a discount for the restaurant that is right next door. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, subways.
  : Make sure to get a room that faces Newbury Street. The other rooms face the back alley with construction going on. Rooms are pretty small but this is an older place. Needs some sort of coffee maker in room. Although there is good free coffee in the lobby but the espresso machine was broken.

  : Check in was very easy. Bed was comfortable. There was an elevator available that was handy when needed. Location is very convenient to shops and restaurants.
  : The bathroom is a little small. The door almost hits the toilet.

  : I chose the Newbury Guest House because it was a small hotel that wasnt so corporate as all of the big chains. Also because it was in an old building. It was lovely inside, the room we had was ok, if a little smaller than we expected. The bed was comfortable. Its in a lovely area with plenty of restaurants around it. The staff were all very helpful.
  : The room was a little smaller than expected & our room didnt have much to look out on. Our main gripe was the air conditioning pump which groaned on & on all night. As Brits we are not used to this and it was very annoying & did disturb our sleep. I would have like tea making facilities in our room but it worked ok & I understand the reasoning why.

  : To get to the room from elevator stairs were still an obstacle. There was no accessible electrical outlet by the bed. I had to pull out the bed and reach in behind the mattress.
