  : The location at Newbury st is awesome
  : Old fashion design.The room wasnt properly divided. The stuff wasnt very friendly, they asked for credit card form authorization.Every day I got an email about their check out roles. Wasnt feel very welcome. No languages storage.

  : Easy self-check-in and prompt response to inquiries. First floor apartment was a bonus and no noise from upstairs apartments! Location is excellent. Parking garage, shops, restaurants and even a grocery store nearby.
  : Very small bathroom.

  : great location. I liked the lock system, it felt very safe. the staff was very attentive when we needed their help.
  : there were a couple of lighting issues, that we brought to the staff attention. there were 2 futon chairs that were not comfortable at all, as the cushions were quite worn. there was a small tattered area in the main rooms carpeting. and when we arrived the closet doors were off their slides and my husband had to replace them. these are just a few things that I feel maintenance or house keeping should have been aware of and fixed before renting the unit.

  : It's a great place if you want to be close to the famous Newbury St. It's very lively and lots to do! The apartment was overall tidy, efficient, and private. I was also able to check-in an hour earlier, so I appreciated that!
  : The apartment could have been a bit cleaner, which was rather disappointing. There were some issues like a burn mark in the chair and smell of cigarette smoke, ripped carpet, thin walls (so you can hear other guests). The price is reflective of the area, which by the way is very misleading - the total is closer to $200.

  : Definitely great location for tourist. Very convenient to everywhere and there is a supermarket right next to the door so you dont have to worry about carrying heavy stuff like A bottle of water and liquor. We stayed at room 1 which is located on the grand floor. We were lucky because there is no elevator in this building. Given the location and nice neighborhood with cutie shops, restaurants and coffee shops we would definitely like to stay there if we visit Boston again.
  : We cook every day so the kitchen is not fully equipped but it turns out OK for two of us. A tiny bathroom is negative point if I have to say but I am small so I dont really mind when I was there for for two weeks. Oh one thing, it should be much better if we have a table with a sofa so that we can have lunch and dinner in the room.
