  : The unit was spotless and the beds very comfy,everything was just as promised once we were able to access the unit.
  : Getting the door code was a nightmare!!! No one emailed us prior to the trip to say that they needed the other passport info sent, all we got were the generic emails wishing us a great vacation and the number to call to see about early check in. It wasn't until we arrived here and called for the access code that we were made aware of the issue. It then took us not one,or two HOURs to set it out but 5!!!! You might say that our patience was worn very thin. Also even though it is posted that you cannot place belongings on the pool chairs to save them, each morning by 9:00 they were all draped with towels even though no one was swimming. Not A good way to start your day when you go down to the pool with 3 children.
