  : We liked how close the house was to the beach. We enjoyed the stores and restaurants that were within walking distance. We liked that there was a shower that was outside the house once we did find it. I loved the color scheme and decorations! We had pretty much everything we needed in the house dish, cookware and bed sheets and pillows. We very much enjoyed staying at this lovely beach house.
  : We got in really late. My husband and I noted the floor felt really gritty. We walked around barefoot and we had to clean our feet even after showering for the night. The master bedroom shower had hardly any pressure. The sink faucet had way more pressure than the shower. It wasn’t awful but it wasn’t great either. The next day, before we left to shop for food, my feet were completely black with wondering barefoot in the house. That was about 10:30 in the morning. We noted that most of the dishes and pots still had food remnants on them. We wound up running them through the dishwasher again. They did come through clean. My husband found the reusable coffee filter (kudos to reusable resources!) was very dirty. The kitchen counters and the dining room table were dirty and gritty as well. We had to clean them before prepping breakfast. I swept the entire house with the small broom available to clean it. The kids didn’t know the machine in their closet was a vacuum and I didn’t know it was there till day we left. Also, just a friendly informative statement, where we are from the trash doesn’t need to be placed in a trash can and we put a sticker on the trash bag. and set it on the corner for trash pickup. We also don’t put the trash (or trash can) in front of the mailboxes because it can cause a fuss with the mail delivery services. The notice that trash is picked up on Tuesday and Friday early on the fridge was very nice but a few more details would be even more clear and delightful. With what you are charging the people who stay at your very nice beach house for cleaning costs, we feel that the cleaning should be more thorough. Also, some clearer directions on exactly where the outside shower is would be nice as well. We feel that once the proper cleaning of the house and making sure dishes are clean before being put in the cabinets this place would be five stars across the board.

  : Great location, clean, waking distance to many places. Loved the sunsets. Cool ice cream place across the street. Condo itself was clean, updated and had everything we needed! Great stay!
  : The deck and stairs leading up are in need of immediate attention. It’s a safety concern. Intermittent throughout the stay our beds shook. Thought it was a truck passing by then maybe the air conditioning unit- neither. It was really odd.

  : The check in time was ridiculous. Even though the house was ready they still made me check in at 4pm which killed an entire day of our vacation. It’s difficult traveling with 3 kids and one is a baby.

  : Location was perfect. Only a couple minute walk to the beach! Loved that umbrellas, beach chairs, and beach towels were available for our use. It was a very cute and clean house. Thank you for making our stay wonderful!
  : The only thing I didn’t like was the mattress in the master was uncomfortable.

  : Everything worked. Location was great.
  : Needed a cutting board in the kitchen to avoid cutting on the granite countertops. Need another pot just to make spaghetti and sauce. Need a phone number to get in touch with a property manager!!!

  : It was beautiful and bright very clean with all the amenities you could want.
  : The stairs, the layout was great and i will stay there again but for this visit the stairs and no gate with 3 toddler grandkids visting all day it was a issue for us.
