  : the marina was pretty awesome, to see all the wildlife doing their thing was nice.
  : everything is an up charge. i may have missed the wording but the waterpark, breakfast, mini golf you pay for, regardless of what it says on here. also the arcade was open for all of an hour or two a day, always closed. they will also try and put you in the incorrect room. i paid 1800 for 5 days villa with marina view and they tried to stick me in a 140 a night closet without a window. i had to fight tooth and nail to get the room i paid for! the pool wasnt well kept and a lot of pool hoppers who didnt stay at the hotel, obnoxious ones at that. my roof leaked when it rained, they wouldnt change my room. the top window in the villas dont have a shade so the whole room lights up at 7am, so if youre a light sleeper it will be tough. room was in rough shape, cabinets all loose, door handles loose. an alarming thing is the top and bottom of the entry door you could legit push in enough to where you could stick your hand in the door with the door shut! lots of pics to prove it, wish i could add more.

  : I loved the extras the hotel included (kids eat free, 2 passes to water park) It really helped me enjoy my trip even more.
  : I had to ask for more stuff. I had 5 guests but only 3 towels. No pan to cook with. 2cups. The staff responded quickly, but the room should be set up for how many guests are coming.
