  : No hot water in showers, dryer didn't work well and made a very loud noise & the front was falling off, the utility bathroom toilet handle had rusted and fell apart, there were broken fixtures (bottom of the white lamp in the family room, handle on sliding glass door was loose, the slider screen kept falling off the track, to name a few), the guest sink & faucet wobbled & weren't attached to the counter top, garbage was overflowing in the trash cans & recycling bins outside on our arrival which left no room for our trash, front porch lights were burnt out, yellowish bed spreads in kids room
