  : The rooms smelled terrible. There was a roach in my bathroom.the shower faucet and fixture wasn't even attached to the tile.people in the hallway were loud.the free breakfast was only granola bars, oatmeal packets and coffee it was GONE by 8:00.

  : The hallways were dirty and smelled like weed. The front desk was rude and when someone else complained about the smell, they gave them a bottle of cleaner.The room that I booked and the room they confirmed was not even at the hotel. I was told they didn't have a two bedrooms at the property and then had to find another hotel at ten at night with two children after they cancelled the room.Absolutely horrible hotel.

  : They did make things right with the bad experience had with the room.
  : This particular extended stay has a lot of people living there. Some were very loud arguing and cursing. In first room there were dead bugs,cob webs,light not working,and no cord for TV. Like I said they did make up for the room.

  : My wife and I checked in at around 6:30pm. We were in a hurry to attend an event planned with family at their home so we quickly found the location of our room and went into the room for about 3 minutes before we rushed out to get to our relative's home. However, upon returning to the room around 10:45pm with our luggage, we discovered that the room was unfit for any guest to stay in. Specifically, the left side widow frame area behind the dirty drapes was severally rottered from what appears to be water damage. The Management had to be aware of this serious deficiency! Also, dust ball accumulation was also evident on the floor around the a/c, bed and bathroom cabinet, demonstrating that the room had not been properly cleaned for some time. The top bedding looked dirty and dingy As a result of these deficiencies, my wife and I hurriedly went to your hotel office which was closed. However, we were able to utilize the phone which had a direct link to the on call manager. A lady who identified herself as the manager came out to let us in the office. I explained to her about the deficiencies and how unacceptable the room was to my wife and me, and I respectfully told her that we could not accept the deficiencies and are leaving now to find a different cleaner hotel. I respectfully requested that 'Extended Stay America' refund my MC credit card payment. The clerk said she would have her manager call me the next morning about the refund. As of this date, I have not heard from the Extended Stay America upper manager regardig my refund. Notwithstanding this, my relative who lives in the area was able to assist me in finding another very clean hotel in the mall area with no deficiencies. It is my opinion that Extended Stay America can do better than this.
