  : Nothing!!!
: Customer service is horrible!!!! Especially for a hotel thats near the airport for tourists. front desk receptionist named Sylva was very rude and disrespectful. I walked in with my 6 month old twins middle of the night because of emergency situations that had occurred, i asked for extra pillows, bed sheets and she said “we dont have any”. Ive never experienced such a thing ever. Also i asked if they have a dolly so i can wheel my stuff up, she said they dont. What fking hotel does this??? Also, besides myself, Another gentleman was there complaining about his bedsheets not being cleaned, they were covered with blood and she said Bring them downstairs we will replace it. Who the FK says that????? This place needs to shut down immediately!! Due to circumstances i didnt have the chance to read reviews before checking in, but during my stay i did but it was too late to leave.

: There is nothing good to say.
: I got there late in the evening. The receptionist (Joe) was terrible. The room was filthy and there were roaches. I ask to move to a different room and he said they were all booked. I then check online and notice they still had rooms available. I ask him for an ironing board. He said he would get me one since my room had no one. Still eating for that ironing board. He had a sign up when I got there say he will be back because he was helping a customer. He was just sitting in corner where it was difficult to notice he was there.

: Nothing against the lady at the front desk but she was not helpful at all. They overbooked so they didn’t have a room for us. And when trying to get a refund they said we never showed up….
