Wonderful

: Was first put in a roommate with only one chair at a desk. I went to the front desk, complained. They immediately changed our room that has a table, three chairs, sofa & chair.

: Location is great, walking distance to a variety of restaurants, and a short drive to the Burbank airport, along with many other attractions nearby.
: The beds could be a little more comfortable.

Very Good

: comfy stay, friendly staff, good location
: card only made it hard for me as a traveller due to the exchange rates

: Bathroom: fan does not turn off. Annoying. Need to do makeup or hair, it has to be on. I had to call and ask for more body gel shampoo, the bottle in the shower was empty .Room amenities: tv did not turn on the second day. I used my iPad. Coffee service had an opened and used packet that holds the sugar, creamer.I was not aware there was coffee service at front desk before 5:30 am. I am from FL, am up early, would have been nice to know.

: Friendly and accommodating staff. The hotel is in cozy and walkable to downtown Burbank close to shops and restaurants. Personnel very professional and attentive to your requests.
: Carpet is outdated and worn off. The hotel parking garage is $22 per night. This should be free with your evening rate given there the in and out access is 100% mechanical. There not an attendee which normally that is what garages charge for.

Good

  : Location
: Meal and coffee service was lacking making it seem cold and not comfortable. Good also was flavorless. Very few coffee options. A little older and getting worn but still clean

: It was a place to stay within walking distance to downtown Burbank, shops and restaurants. The selection of menu items both in the bar & café was good as were the portion sizes.
: For the amt. the room costs breakfast should be handled buffet style without cost to the guest. Room service on demand is not ideal for your staff scheduling and your guests who have a longer stay. A cockroach walked across the floor of the bar while eating there, was pointed out, dispatched and we were still charged for our meal. The receptionists should advise persons about using the 'key' in the elevator--there are still signs (on top of the floor buttons) in ea. telling one to insert their key---older persons are still not familiar with this, old to some, known to others, technology.
