  : First of all, the hotel was not cleaned thoroughly when we arrived. We only received 2 towels, and less than half a roll of toilet tissue. Our room was not serviced /cleaned the next day 2 day!! We spoke to a manager, but still didn’t receive cleaning service! Terrible!
  : I didn’t like the lack of communication with the hotel staff, the room service/cleaning was not up to standards, and no one is answering are calls now, to speak to a higher representative for the hotel! Terrible experience!

  : The room was a good size and it was very clean. Bed was super comfy and the kitchen had all the necessities for a long stay.
  : No one is there to check you in or out, so if you have a problem getting into your room you have to email and hope for a response. Parking is in a alley way which we did not feel safe in at all. The whole process was super aggravating. When we booked for the location listed at 2021 Olive , we were given one up the road which is apparently theirs as well. There is no room service or cleaning unless you stay a week, which means you only get a few towels and need to make that toilet paper last!! We weren't told how we needed to check out since we were given real keys and not key cards you could leave in the room. This was another big frustration! You have to drive them to a different location , search for a lockbox and drop them in. This seemed ridiculous to me and was not an easy checkout. So in my opinion the room was spacious and clean ,pool was decent but the hassle of trying to figure out how to get keys, drop keys off, where to park, limited towels/ toilet paper made it not worth it.

  : We found loads of hair in the closet, stains in the drawers in the kitchen, the bedsheets were dirty and smelled. Not enough toilet paper. TV was hard to use at all, severely outdated.

  : Location was good. Parking was plentiful and easy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. TV was high quality with lots of options. Other than some road noise which one can reduce by closing the doors into the kitchen and bathroom, it was nice and quiet. Very good and reliable Wifi. Fairly priced.
  : Better and more pillows would be nice. Toilet area was a little cramped and toilet could be replaced with a taller one. Shower head should be raised. Surge protectors with multiple outlets would be nice. I had one morning with no hot water, but things happen, and I was fine with it. More utensils in the kitchen would be nice.
