  : The location was very good. Close to restaurants. The fan and air conditioning was good. The bathroom was clean. I only used the coffee maker in the kitchenette. I rarely spent time in the room.
  : The showerhead was small and the water pressure in the shower was slightly better than a trickle. Because of this the shower experience was less to be desired. The room came with 3 remote controls. After experimenting with all 3 I could not change the channel or increase the volume remotely. I emailed management and instructions were offered but the result was not successful. I discovered 1 remote was missing batteries. Batteries were delivered to me but I the problem was not remedied. Although the TV was in place, I could not operate it.

  : The location is great (and that is the big asset of this place!). The digicodes to enter the rental unit is very convenient. The staff was very responsive by email.
  : The equipment was ok-ish (I couldn't close the fridge door...), the bathroom had a very weird smell... overall, I don't think it was a good value for money. I really think I paid too much

  : Location is very nice. Nice neighborhood, with good restaurants nearby and a relatively short walk to the heart of Boston. A great location if you like walking. The room was clean, but we found someone else's plastic flosser on the floor.
  : I didn't see anything in the listing that indicated that the room was a walk-up to the 4th floor. Perhaps I missed that in the listing, but I don't believe I did. Take note of that if you are not young and spry. The bed, and the pillows, were hard. The bed made noise with every movement. The street was noisy at night, with some loud people hanging out in front until after midnight on Friday and Sat nights. The bathroom was just adequate. The couch was oddly shaped, uncomfortable and slippery -- essentially unusable. There was only 1 thin blanket in the unit, and it was a cold weekend in May - down to the 40s at night. There was a sign saying "Don't turn on the heat in the spring." It didn't get that cold in the room, but a 2nd blanket would have been better.

  : Location was excellent. Close to breakfast restos,bakeries and music. Area was quiet with a local vibe.
  : Kitchen is very basic and was missing a sink stopper and dish towels. Pillows were very hard. Unit is on the 4th floor. This should be highlighted for those with mobility issues

  : I really like everything about the property. it was very cute and location was perfect! Just in the heart of Boston with everything you would need around.
  : I didnt like the check-in time (4pm) that is very late for a check-in. We didnt even spend 20h there because it was one night only and check-out was 11am. I also think the $300 for a deposit is away too much!! Thats insane value for a deposit.
