  : Location was good and central and host was quick to respond.
  : It was well over priced for a short stay. When you factor in the taxes and the cleaning fee is was nearly $500 for two nights for a very mediocre room and we could have got a nice hotel for this price. It is cheaply put together and the walls are very thin to the next apartment - ( I could hear the alarm going off in another room at 5 am - and it went off for about an hour off and on!) We were on the 1st floor and a bunch of teenagers were getting high in the apartment downstairs which had a courtyard - they were talking and laughing until about 3.30am and it was like they were in our room with us.

  : Excellent location close to groceries and transportation, safe and quiet neighborhood, simple checkin/checkout, has washer/dryer, dish soap, blow dryer, iron and board, pretty much anything you need.
  : Windows dont open, and the fan in the bathroom doesnt do much, so it can get pretty humid in the room. The coffee table and dresser had some loose screws and were a little wobbly.
