  : Staff nice, and close to casino.
  : This property use to be my place to stay when I come to Louisiana. I noticed a few things that needed attention in room 322.1. The curtains wouldn’t close completely. It left a gap in between the sheer and curtains. I tried to move the curtains, they were stuck.2. The sink water pressure was VERY LOW.3. The end table wasn’t clean.4. In the beginning I had problems with the keycards. I noticed myself and other guests spending minutes trying to get into the room. Eventually I had no problem.5. Housekeeping knocked on the door. I told her not to clean the room, but I do need extra towels and the trash emptied. She instructed me to leave the towels and trash outside the door. I came back to the room later that night and discovered the beds made and no extra towels.6. The elevator..omg! We almost got stuck. Several occasions I hit the 3rd floor and it would take us for a ride to the 4th floor and there’s no one to get on, on the 4th floor. I got clever and took the stairs because it was faster. In the morning it be so much traffic on the elevator.. poor elevator it differently got a workout and it was confused.7. Breakfast, there’s no one to check on the food. They ran out of eggs and it was 8a. I ran back up stairs for about 20 to 30 minutes, came down, there was eggs. I feel you shouldn’t run out of food.8. The guests that stayed above us.. oowee! They never went to sleep. They walked ALL NIGHT! I thought the ceiling was going to cave in. We heard the squeaky sound as they walked all night.

  : The room was clean, the property was as expected & my check in clerk leelee, was exceptional!
  : It was hot in the hallway by the elevator. It had a fan propped up in an open janitorial closet doorway blowing nothing but blasts of hot air in your face. The hotel & room themselves were basic, clean & functional although dated well weathered & worn. Definitely needs to be some maintenance & upkeep done to the property. The Best attribute to this inparticular property was the employees. All of them were polite & accommodating, although as I said before leelee was exceptional! Although I didn't need anything extra or require any further assistance after checking in she made sure that I had everything I needed & knew that she was there with a friendly face & helping hand if that were to have had changed at any point in my stay at this location!

  : We had a room in which the AC did not work properly, the night staff was extremely helpful and found us another room with good AC quickly and efficiently.
  : The elevator was quite slow.
